About this role
- Working with a varied range of HVAC and refrigeration equipment in the commercial and domestic markets
- Complete routine maintenance, service calls, quoted repairs and breakdown repairs on a range of Air Conditioning and Heat pump systems.
- You will be required to undertake works associated with Contract deliverables and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
Required
- HVAC / Refrigeration licence
- White Card, Asbestos Awareness, Working Safely with Asbestos, Silica Awareness & Working with Vulnerable People
- Suitability for Baseline Security Clearance
- Undergo and pass National Police Certificate (NPC) or Evidence of current NPC no older than 3 months accepted
- Pre-employment medical check (prerequisite for employment)
- Current full driver’s licence – minimum class C (provisional drivers may apply)
- Punctual with high standards and work ethic.
- Well presented at all times
Plumber - Gasfitter

About this role
- Working with varied range of gasfitting and plumbing works within the Type A & B gas appliance field
- Duties will include plumbing & gasfitting works & complete routine maintenance, service calls, quoted repairs and breakdown repairs on a range of Type A&B gas appliances, Steam Boilers and systems, Diesel/Oil appliances, hydronic heating, pumps and mechanical equipment.

About this role
- Work involving a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration mechanical equipment in the commercial and domestic markets
- Carrying out repairs and maintenance of Mechanical equipment, pumps, motors, fans AHU’s etc
- Installation of equipment, piping systems (Copper, steel & Stainless)
- Troubleshooting mechanical faults or problems
- Inspecting and assessing the functionality and longevity of mechanical equipment
- Complete routine maintenance, service calls, quoted repairs and breakdown repairs on a range HVAC equipment and systems.
- Utilising specialised tools and equipment to repair or replace faulty or failed equipment components
Required
- Trade Certificate in Mechanical fitting or proven experience within the field
- White Card, Asbestos Awareness, Working Safely with Asbestos, Silica Awareness & Working with Vulnerable People
- Suitability for Baseline Security Clearance
